Pureit customer care doesn't care about anything

I called customer care 10 days before, asking for a demo at my new residence but nobody turned up at that day & time. keeping patience, I called again & got to know that within next 24 hours, the executive would come. Alas, no body came & called. Having faith, I kept on following up with the customer care but every time I got false promises & in fact escalations didn’t serve any purposes. I have started feeling miserable as I am willing to purchase the product but the Pureit company doesn’t want to sell to me.


The feeling of having a new product at home has all vanished & I had a sad experience though.


I don’t know if I should have really waited for so long.
