HLL delivered a faulty device that started leaking right from the minute it is installed. They refused to take it back and give me a replacement. The technician who came to install then opened the device and fixed it. 2 weeks later, it started leaking again.


This time, the water leaked so much that it damaged a few other electrical appliances around it. Called the toll free number at least 5 times now, and also submitted a complaint through the website. No one in the company cares a damn. It is now 3 weeks, that I and my wife keep calling them every other day, and no one turned up yet. If this is the case in a metro like Chennai, I cannot even imagine what will be plight of unfortunate customers in other cities. It is not worth the pain and money.
