Very bad customer service

I  bought marvello ro, in April 2012 and it started giving noise the very next day. The guy came to install it in the night and so he was not able to test it. When I tested next day morning it was giving some noise. Registered a complaint and had to follow up at least 5-6 times for a technician to attend it.


A new technician came and fixed it. After few days there was some issues with the power, and again I had to lodge a complaint. Main problem with the customer service is that they don’t call us back or send a technician on time. We have to follow up daily and beg for their service. Escalated couple of times to their lead  but it never improves. If we don’t call them 5-6 times they easily forget about the complaint.


If you are planning to buy one, please think twice before choosing this product.
