Pure it jug is empty and water is also leaking

My pureit marvella jug is not filling up with water. The person fitted pureit in the morning and he said the water will fully fill up with in 45 minutes but it’s it’s now evening and the pureit jug is still empty.


Also water is leaking from pureit at particular intervals of time. Can anybody pls help me or tell me how to fill the jug with water in pureit marvella
