So many complains bt not proper solution

I am Dinesh surekha from Gorakhpur ,  I have purchased Marvella RO on 17/10/2011 from GB Traders, Gorakhpur.  from the date of purchasing, I have several times contact the given Help line No I think more than 20times but My complaint is still not solved completely  is this a kind of Service Hindustan Unilever provides to the customer.


So many times your Service Engineer came and try to resolve but my problem is still on the same situation, I have contacted to the concern person Mr. Amrendra Chaturvedi also from one of you  senior person Imran Khan he assure me to resolve the same very soon but still No one took any positive action against to this issue.


as discussed with both they have suugest me to replace the Ro Polisher, and still I am waiting for that step.


I hope My complaint will not avoid from your hand and will resolve shortly.
