Faulty Product

This company has only been making & selling FMCG goods, they have no expertise/ expereince with consumer service products. Its mainly the Japanese & Korean companies that are providing something called service after sales service in this country. Indian companies are the worst service wise with American & German companies not any better. Unilever is a UK base company & they still seem to have a hangover of the “”Raj’’


I f you still want to buy Pureit marvella it is recommended that you have your trusted Plumber on hand at the time of installation especially if it is in your own property premises you are installing in. Otherwise you too might face heartache & headache with broken tiles & mutilated taps & no one ready to take responsibility for damages. The company has hired people with no plumbing skills & all they know of is about simple taps found in village homes. They have no idea about two way divertor/mixer taps you might have in your kitchen. And the installation man does not even know how to hold a hammer. Worse still this installation man did not even give a demo. Even worse is the fact that he did not demonstrate that the insta water jug has to be pushed inside the cavity of the filter. And for many days I could not get water in the jug merely because this man was careless & couldn’t care less about the customer.
