After posting here, got a solid response.. :-) :-)

Couple of months back, I had written a review about this product where I was totally unsatisfied with the after sales service of HUL. However, immediately I had a response from the HUL team and all the previous problems were fixed and I was extremely happy with the support which I got this time...


The team has made sure that I get back the trust towards HUL which I had before I purchased this product. In-fact, my loyalty has increased further by this wonderful support and for surely would recommend the product to everyone I know.

Its been more than couple of months since I have purchased HUL Pureit Marvella UV. The main reasons for picking up this product was mainly because of the brand name, price and the looks.


However this was one of the worst decisions that was made. Its just been 2 months of purchase and already I have been experiencing many problems namely:

  1. Water keeps leaking very frequently out from the purifier, which keeps repeating every fortnight.

  2. The purifier gives an annoying sounds lately and does not stop at all.

  3. The customer care representatives are very lousy, and keep the call on hold for a long time.

  4. The technician who comes home has loads of attitude, damages a few items in the house and does not even bother to apologize. Moreover does not have any knowledge about the product and very very very late in fixing the problem.

All my trust, loyalty and belief have been taken for a ride about this brand HUL, after purchasing this product.


Please do not think of even think of buying this product in your dreams. You can go forward and buy if you have loads of time in this world to keep following up with these people to get your product fixed.
