Pureit Ultima RO+UV Water Purifier

Expensive and worthless product

I bought an pureit Hul Ultima RO+ UV from chromaafter using it for 2 months it started giving me a lot of problem.




  1. Just after 2 weeks of use the container which holds the water the water started dripping off and leaking leaking out. I never expected it from a product which cost around 20000 rupees to give me such problems  just after 2 weeks of use. I called customer care and get it replaced.




  2. then after 1 month I saw a red indicator appearing on the display display and the waters filteration was stopped so I called the customer care and the guy came and just restarted the machine saying that It would fix it. It  worked for the time being but after 1 day it again stopped filtering in the water. After calling the customer care again I called guy and this time he said that a PCB is not working fine and will have to replace it replace the PCB after replacing it started filtering the water again




  3. then after some time it again stopped filtering water this time the support guy was  not able to determine the issue after spending 10 days during which I had to buy  mineral water for my  use they said that the membrane had issue and replace the membrane. I requested for getting a replacement as I thought that since I am having so many issues then maybe this unit is defective but I was not given any replacement




  4. Another serious issue is the TDS is quite less when I bought the unit in the advertisement it said that it could filter both Municipal water as well is groundwater but I was not informed that that the TDS of the on the municipal water would become very less making it unsafe for drinking I think this is fraud and deceiving customers they should state that the TDS would be less if you use the municipal water




  5. Another problem is the business model for the end customer that if you want to use it continuously you had to pay for the sediment filter and the germ kill kit again and again which is very costly once you are out of the warranty I would not recommend any one to buy this costly s






After just using it for 6 months I am having so many issues with this expensive ro that I am considering to go to the consumer court. There has not been 2 months where I don’t have to call the customer care to fix one issue or another my biggest concern is that  now the product is in guarantee period so I have not been charged anything what is the guarantee period is over I will have to pay  for the services and the replacements if it continues to give me such issues which I think it will  by the track record


So I don’t recommend any one to buy this garbage for 20000 rupees there is no use of a display and blue light into the water if it is not able to serve you continuously for 2 months.


I would recommend to go for  much better locally system that is much much better than this s
