Purchased a "HUL Pureit WDAM100 Ultima RO+UV Water Purifier" from Amazon. Delivery was okay, received item on the night of 4th July. Next day Pureit Tech visited house for installation, he advised the first 2 cycles of water to be discarded. We waited for the "Tank Full" indication on the panel, and once it showed, pressed the button for outlet water. Collected water in a bucket for about 5 mins, and again pressed the button, this gave water for about another 3-4 mins. After that no more water from outlet. I checked power and inlet water source to make sure these are correct, but with everything looking okay, there has been no water at outlet. "Tank Full" indication showed on panel. I placed a call with pureit, but 7th July being a Sunday, there has been no Tech visit yet. I shall return the item to Amazon stating defective product.
Next time, I shall purchase water purifier from some other brand, maybe pureit is not for me. It has been a very cumbersome transaction, with the installation being done and no water, not even 1 glass to drink.
