I have purchased a brand new Pureit Ultima RO+UV from Snapdeal. Your representative had come to complete the installation within 24 hours. Once the installation was complete following were the problems:-
1) The TDS-In indicator shows just one signal.
2) TDS-Out Indicator shows No signal.
3) There is a Red LED glowing against the guiding system alert.
I am concerned about the same. Please send somebody to have this fixed at the earliest. If there is a problem with the unit then I will have this replaced from the buyer.
