I own an Puire IT Ultima(seems more of a pain for owning it now I regret for owning it and do not recommend to any one) I did start receiving problems on the device stating that the indicator lights start coming up abnormally. so did lodge a complaint on the help line 1860-210-1000 and the reference number is C0345697552 on 6th July 2019 and was assigned to JK Enterprise LSP phone 9739337327 Bangalore 560076. At around 11 I got a call stating to send the whats app picture of the alert I did sincerely send it based on it they confirmed that the issue is with the Adapter and it needs to be replaced and the replacement cost would be around 2000 for which I did agree.
and the technician was support to arrive by 4 PM on same day. There was no sign of the technician and suddenly got a message stating the issue has been resolved and case is closed( I am not sure if there is any magical mystery to resolve!) but my problem was still persisting so there was an option stating that if the issue persists please send SMS SER 0 to 09223200200. As my issue still persisted I did send message so the case was opened again but this time without any calls the case closed again, I lost my patience did open the case again on 8th July(third attempt) now the case is open and no turn of the technician what is happening with the service the picture of the problem is attached for reference I need an explanation on what service are we getting from the so called great company.
