Registered a complaint for a fault in my ultima device with complaint no: c156502866. Today a technician from ur service centre visited to solve the problem. But to my bad luck the technician who visited my house did not know anything regarding the problem or machine.
He opened the device played with it for while & created one more problem in the machine. Now the device is having two problems.
Problem1: the red line showing in guided alert system occured naturally
Problem2: the water is leaking from the machine & water is continously coming out from drain pipe even when the machine is turned off.
Problem2 is created by ur technician due to in complete knowledge & lack of training from ur end.
Further i request to solve my problem on very high priority by a well experienced senior technician.
