Serves the main purpose of RO but not good

I was using Aqua Guard for last twenty years but wanted to explore other companies as AMC in AG is very bad.

I went in for Pureit Ultima RO+UV as the model was great, the functions were great and it did its work to reduce TDS of warer.

But after 1 year of purchasing this product, I am not happy with it as the main selling point of this product(circular display to indicate when the replace the filter kits) is not working.

I have raised 8-9 complaints and each time the technical person visits my home and replaces some part or the other.

So even though the water is pure and good in taste I am not sure why I paid 4000-5000 extra if the control unit and display is not working correctly.
