We are having pure it filter from more than a year. Initially we were happy with it & water quality was also good.
After some time, filter tap broken. Had to change filter batter kit twice with in a year! Now need to change the mesh. So spending around Rs.700 for maintainance for an year! almost 50% of the filter cost!:(
Adding to it, after sales support is pathetic. Even after repeated requests, unable to get mesh from last 3 months. Previously sales centres used to tell there is no stock. Later they asked to contact customer care directly. They just take the order, but it never delivers the parts. Every time they raise new complaint & give the complaint number. But there is no use.
Cleaning is one more head ache! It has to be cleaned atleast monthly once. Its a tedious job to clean all the parts & assemble it back.
HLL is bluffing customers with their advertisements. I don’t recemmond this product to any one.
