Bad service

Very very very very Bad customer service. Battery replacement time is more than 3 months. Even customer care supervisor also taking long time. PUREIT(quick response - Slow Service) PUREIT(as safe as boiled water - as suffer as customers)


I never seen such a bad response in my life so far. These promise to deliver battery for a charge of around Rs.300 in three working days is non-sense. IT WILL TAKE MORETHAN THREE MONTHS.


Being a big company if you can’t supply the kit, Please take back the unit. we have 6 units with us. Service for all is really pathetic.


Each time while ordering for replacement same problem contined not even me my neighbours and my relatives are also facing the same.


Executives don’t even connect us to higher authorities so that we could get some valid explanation.


PUREIT - USE IT - THROUGH IT


BUY IT - DON’T CALL FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENT
