Pure IT is having pathetic customer service.
We are facing issues with bad taste in filtered water of Pure IT.
Inspite of raising the issue for around 1 week, there isnt any Technical person for our help.
Infact the simple water from tap is having much better taste than the one which is coming after getting filtered through PureIT.
We have called to Customer Support so many times and every time they are just giving a Complaint Number but no action has been taken yet.
I hope if anything will happen.
I recommend you to please dont go for Pure IT.
