Why the hell I preferred this? This is the question I ask whenever I see this so called cute looking box of water purifier named pureit from well know Hindustan Lever. She was cute enough to make decision towards it and I need to spare just my two weekend’s budget. It was good when I bought this a year ago, and water was clean enough and whole family got adjusted to pureit. The taste was good she was really working hard to purify the contaminated Bangalore water.
All of a sudden water started to leak from the bottom part of the filter, initially it was dripping, after some time it started to leak in full fledge saying. ”Bought Pureit now Clean it”. Then I started to approach the help line. Oh my god what a service from the helpline. When I ever I call either it will be busy or no one will respond, after trying hard I got some people and I have lodged the complaint bearing No.CO8679861 5 months back, nobody has turned back till now and I am contacting them on weekly basis still no response.
I am really tired of this. I am in a situation where I can Neither keep this nor I can through it out of my house.
