Device water leakage problem after service.

My PUREIT was working perfectly until your technician had installed the germ kill kit on 3/3/2014 and then the device started leaking. I had called the technician next morning and he said he will be coming and did not turn up.


Hence I had to register a complaint C145635592 on 4/3/2014. Another technician visited on 5/3/2014 and said the device is damaged and needs to be replaced at a cost of Rs.750/- which I refused. I had called up the customer care again and asked for a call back from the service provider but still no response.


I have been using this product for past two years and was happy about it, but this is disappointing that I have to pay for the damage caused by negligence and improper handling by your technician. Requesting you to please resolve this issue at the earliest.

Over all I have three complaint numbers, but none of them have been answered.
