We have purchased Pure It for Rs 2000.00, 08 Months before. It’s working well. Water is also tastier after filtration.
In such an economical price, filtration of water should be applauded.
On 07-05-11, I have called to PURE IT help line(09223600600) for Germ Kill kit replacement. I was assured of an SMS & 24 Hrs replacement. On 08-05-11, I received call from Amritsar service centre & asked for my correct address.
On 08-05-11, Pure it persons called me at 4 PM, came to my house & replaced the Germ Kill Kit. They even suggested changing the location of the filter from Kitchen to other room for more life, which we have immediately implemented.
