I had ordered my first request for GKB on 12/04/10 and then after waiting 4 days I again made a request on 16/04/2010 and then 19/04/10, 20/04/10, 22/04/10 and finally today (i.e 24/04/10) I got a sms that my Complaint has been sorted out and I have received GKB. I dont know where and when they have given that. Few of complaint no.s which I have noted are C102110925 / C102116475 and many more. After purchasing the water purifier from such esteem & well known Co., for the last 2 weeks I m still using water bottles from outside vendor.
This is the kind of service unilever is going to provide. Shame on the team of pureit. The service they are providing is really pathetic & cruel-some. I had purchased the product in the name of Hindustan Unilever and never thought this kind of service they will provide... It is the time for the parent co. To think about this.
