Battery life is not as per promised standards, battery of Rs 500 purify only around 400 liter water where company promise for 1500 liter water purification.
Service is very poor, Its my experience since 6 month that whenever I need to replace battery and filter of pure it then my service request numbers get closed automatically and again I have to raise new service requests for the same so all these processes takes more than 13 days even after recalling and reminding of old service request numbers. Also customer care number does not work sometime and if it works then calls disconnected after 3 minute 58 seconds, I have tried the same from different mobile/landline networks. No one is there to listen you over there.
Currently I have send a request to change my filter on 4th July which is C102392982 and its closed on 6th July, again I have called on 6th July and they provided me new number which is C102401701 and still I am waiting for services to be done. Again I will call once and if I will not get service then definitely I am going to scrap this product.
