We are using PURIT from past 3-4 months, it was working well for these days but all of the sudden the water started leaking from its body. We complained by calling customer care number, as usual they gave me a service request number and confirmed that some technician will visit our house. We kept on waiting and after 4 days a message came to my mobile saying the complaint was attended and closed. It was really shocking to read this message, just to confirm, I called up to customer care and asked about the status of the complaint. they said it has been closed.
I asked them to let me know the closing comments. They said nothing was mentioned in closing comments. I believe, for every service request or complaint, while closing, the reason for complaint and resolution will be updated. but they said nothing as such was mentioned. but they said that they will re open the complaint and will send message to concerned team to attend the complaint on priority basis. Again my waiting started, very next day a lady from their feed back dept. gave me a call and asked about the service person’s behavior, whether the complaint was resolved etc. I had to narrate whole story to her. She said, she will definitely escalate this matter and should see that someone will attend the complaint.
It gave me some hope. But again same story repeated. Another sms came to my mobile saying the complaint was attended and closed. When I called to customer care again, the person directly transferred the call to her senior. He assured that someone will come to attend the call on priority. It was yesterday I had called up and someone was about to visit our home today as he assured. But as usual nobody came, I am sure, after few days another sms will come to my mobile saying it was attended and the complaint has been closed.
By seeing its ads in TV and internet, we bought so called PURIT. My friends said the product is not up to the mark and the service is pathetic. But by seeing in mouthsut.com website, we bought PURIT. Unfortunately we are witnessing the pathetic service and useless product.
If anybody had faced similar problem of water leakage from PURIT’s body, please let me know how to fix it. We have auto fill model in which water will be in both compartments.
