Service is pathetic. My filter got damaged on 26th June 2012 and I logged a complaint on 27th June 2012 at 10 am.funny part of it was I was assured for service in 72 hours. When I stay in Gurgaon. I keep on guessing what would have been there service level agreement had it been somewhere in the rajastha or little remote area.
Today is 30th June and I am yet to get the service The time is 10 am. mind it, because of this, I have to drink tap water. I am reachable at garggoldys@gmail.com.
