I never thought before buying this that company like HLL can give such a pathetic service. You place order for battery and keep calling them. You will keep getting the assurances but not the battery. It is frustrating to call them.I have been following with them since last two weeks and and I am not getting any thing other than the assurances. And it is the phenomena they have adopted, I am surprised how such a company can survive with such a pathetic service in today’s scenario.
I will prefer to throw this product irrespective of its use in future. I will also recommend others not to buy such a product from such a big company which does not care about their customers. It can be iunderstood if the problem occurs ones but it is the regular practice of HLL Customer Care . I am even of the opinion that there is no gaurantee for the other products what we are using from this company as they donot have any care for their customers.
