I purchased the HLL Product a year back. The performance was excellent for its price. recently I was to replace the Battery Kit. I tried the chap who sold me the Unit. It appears that he left the job, however he gave me an office number at Rajahmundry ( A.P ). There was no response when I tried that No. Meanwhile, I was trying the Net for their Helpline. I came across many Consumer Complaints and felt a bit depressed!! However, without losing hope, I contacted the A.P Helpline.
Can you beleve it, my Battery Pack has been delivered after 3 Working Days as promised. I thought atleast somebody should write a Positive Comment on HLL and be honest about it When I visited a Doctor recently I was told that this Product was not useful and that I should use boiled water instead ! I tried to verify this Statement with the chap, who came to replace my Battery Kit. It appears that HLL has given free Units to almost the whole of the Medical Freternity as part of their Advertising Campaign. Now these Doctors it seems, also want Free Battery Kit. Not getting any positive response from HLL, they have started this negative propaganda !!.
