I have registered a complain for re-installation for Pureit RO since 5 days. Today is 6th day and till now nobody has come to install my RO. These guys have worst service I have ever seen. I am calling customer care 5 times in a day to get this thing done but every time I get same response that they will get it done as soon as possible.
I don’t know when their soon is going to come. They do not care about customer’s emergency. Nobody is there to take care of any complain. Every time they are putting my request on higher priority and surprising thing is they don’t know meaning of higher priority requests. Please don’t buy pureit if you really want good service which is actually good.
