I have been using this prodcut for last 6 months. The demo & sales person made this product sound great. But after sales blues have plagued this product.
No after sales, very poor customer service & low quality material used in product makes this almost waste of money.
It takes dozen of calls to get the battery kit delivered and that too after almost begging for it. It does not last what it claims 1500 liters of water. In actual it lasts just 800-1000 liters of water. I am not saying our water here as I cannot comment and also the water does not taste that great.
Will suggest think at least dozen of time before u buy this product especially bcoz of after sales service as u will always be in need of battery and they will take u on ride for that.
