The company is looting their customers by supplying sub-standard product and to top it there refills (batteries) are even more sub-standard which are the heart of the purifier. They do not understand the language are least bothered to take down the complaint and are not at all bothered to transfer your call. Their behavior is like "WHO ASKED YOU TO PURCHASE THIS 3rd GRADE PRODUCT, NOW SINCE YOU HAVE SUFFER AND DONT BOTHER US....". They do not have supervisors ever in their department to escalate the complaints and If you try to prove your point they will disconnect the line. They will never give you the complaint no’s and never ever they call up to confirm if the issue has been resolved.
