Request you to not opt for any pure-it purifier. I have bought one 2 year back Marvell UV for 8k and have spend almost that much amount on service and germ kit. After sale service is pathetic. You keep on calling customer care and they will keep on adding complain but no one is there to look after that. I have logged a complain 5 days back and since then everyday I am calling customer care to get my purifier repaired.
Twice their repair guy turned up but on one day he did have parts and second time he was not able to open the equipment. since then its 3 days passed no one has turned up.
Finally have decided to move onto other band.
