I had bought this pathetic product on 9th of May, had to go out of town so could not use it immediately. Got back on 14th night, tried using the pure it but it started leaking. So I registered a complaint against it and I was told action will be taken within 48 hrs. It’s 18th today and all I have been receiving is " hum shama chahte hain Madam".
These people delivered the product to me in 3 hrs and the after sales service is sick. I feel trapped and I know I have wasted my money in buying this creepy product. People DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT from them, they give pathetic service and only know how to give faulty products and grab money from customers by fooling them.
I have reached out to consumer court against them. I will make sure they pay for this nonsense.
