The filter has not been replaced after several calls. Its now six months the product is lying idle, waste of money. Every time its told that the person will come to replace it. But its not replaced yet. The person who told me about this product also has the same problem.
I will not recommend this product to anyone, that’s for sure. If the company dont have the required manpower to handle such type of issues, why its cheating the public.
