Product is good but company should work on making it cost effective, Rs 550 plus service charge is’nt genuine the kit price must already have profits included in it so the replacement kit should be not having any service charge extra this is a recurring cost to the user so the company should be more focussed on this aspect consumer today will b more calculative on which product to buy based on the the total cost in long run
