The worst ever customer care experience. Its 4 days since complaint is lodged but till now its not attended. Every time I call up I get the answer "don’t worry, it will surely be done either by today evening or tomorrow morning" which is yet to come!
Finally today was the last straw when senior customer service personnel Mr. Akshay said there is nothing that can be done by customer service personnel other than keep forwarding the requests. They cannot followup with the vendor to check if the service call is attended to or not.
This is something I had never expected from a company of the stature of Hindustan UniLever!
