July 8th, 2013 - ordered germ kill kit
July 10th, 2013- technician visits my house and replaces the germ kill kit.the unit starts overflowing. Next day filter stops filtering the water.i lodge a complaint with customer care.i am assured service in 48hrs
July 12th, 2013 - no technician visited.i call the customer care and I am assured service within 24 hours
July 13th, 2013- No technician visits.again I am given assurance again of a resolution within 24 hours.in the mean time I get sms saying that complaint is closed as my address could not be found(note- the germ kill kit was replaced at the same address on the same address)
July 14th, 2013- technician calls up and says he will come by 7pm. Later he calls up and says he cant come
July 15th, 2013- 2 technicians visit. 1 visits at 10 am and other at 6pm. they cant repair the unit. I am told that the water pressure in my building is creating problem.I am assured resolution within 24 hours
July 16th, 2013 - part required is not in stock.problem will be resolved in 24 hours.
amazing ...unbelievable !!!! how far can these go on.....???
@unilever - if you have guts then reply to this.....and assure a timeline ??? For gods sake, dont copy paste your normal lines -"sorry for inconvenience caused, our team will revert".
