I have bought Hindustan Unilever Limited water purefier Pureit on 14th March’2010.. It was recommended to me by my brother who is using this device from past 2 years. I have a family of 2 members and we were looking for the product which suffice to our needs. I had ordered the product on 13th March in evening and wanted the delivery on Sunday. The person as per his commitment reached at my home with device sharp at 9 am and I was very surprise by seeing such a accuracy. He installed the device but unfortunately it started leaking and I called up Mr. Anil Jagtap at 12 pm on Sunday for helping me out for this.
Anil committed me that the person will visit to his house. Surprisingly the person was at my door steps at 1pm for attending the complaint. He checked it out and told that there is some leakage from chamber and he will replace that part on Monday.The technician have came at my place on 15th at the given time and replaced it. I am very impressed by the prompt response by your service team and helping customers even on Sunday. You are really setting new standards in Service by such a prompt service.
I am very Happy and will surely recommend my friends and family members to become a part of Pureit Family.
