I bought a unit about a year back. Initially the tap was leaking since start. Took about two months to get it right. Then the water started getting sour, used up two cartridges, have been following up since last six months, but no solution. Useless product, a blot on the name of Hinduatan UniLever.
Now they don’t even respond to the complaints. Got fed up with the call centre consumer care. Thinking of using as a dustbin. Have talked to all and sundry from local guys, state level, Bangalore etc. They are simply not able to reply and solve the problem.
