FUNGUS in the container

Pureit claims the product to be the Best in the segment but I would like to bring into notice that I had been using Pureit since last 3 years but since last six months I have been facing sever problem of FUNGUS at the bottom. Last month I registered the complaint and the complaint was attended by a person who cleaned the device with the TAP water which was objected my wife. The most amazing part was he didn’t follow any instructions to clean the device as stated by Unilever. After that he asked of Rs. 50.00 which I refused to pay as he didn’t use any chemical to clean it as stated by the customer care.


Now the same problem is repeated thrice in a month and no one is there to listen. The call center people waste time in confirming the address and contact detail and when the problem is told the call gets dropped. Now every time I call a new person lifts the call and repeats the same process which is really irritating.


It they know my problem they can atleats call me up as they do while SELLING the product.


So how can a person rely on the quality of the water dispensed from the PUREIT?

AM I ENTITLED FOR THE 1 CRORE CHALLENGE IN SUCH CASE.....WILL PUREIT PEOPLE TAKE CARE OF IT....IF NO..THEN I WILL HAVE TO THINK OF THE OTHER SOLUTION
