This is not the way you treat a customer

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been your customer for more than 10 yrs & right now I use your Marvella RO 8 Lts.I’m serviced by your Chennai anna nagar service agent whose only person in charge of Mogappair East( Mobile 9940176584) attends to all of my calls.Yesterday( 08/08/15) that person who was dodging me for 2 days suddenly landed up in my place in the morning to fix up the iron remover & sell me the tank cleaning liquid both of which I had requested last week for which he charged a total of Rs.1950.Though he already came to my place 3 days ago to replace my Rom kit he said that the iron remover & tank cleaning liquid was out of stock.( This is to charge service charge of Rs.250 twice).When he left after installing the iron remover & tank cleaning liquid by 10:30 am we didn’t get the tank full light on even after 5 hrs so that we can empty the tank fully & then once again fill the tank for our drinking water consumption.When I called that service person by 2 pm he said he is going out of station to a temple & cannot come the whole day & hence will try to come only the next day, that is today a sunday though he knows we wont be available today.After that he switched off his phone when I rang him up again & again as we were not having drinking water in our house to drink.When I called up the service agent office in anna nagar the lady who attended the call says that he is the only person for that area & that he was not on leave & hence no one else will come & cut the line.When I called up again & again she didn’t pick up the calls from my number.Then I called up your chennai manager( Mobile 9500081838) he didn’t pick up my call for more than 2 hours & after that when he picked up the call he said that he will get back within 10 min but never called back.By now it was 7 pm & me & my family were put to a lot of mental agony as we were out of drinking water & had to make arrangements & also spend a lot of time & money to get good quality water cans.We wasted the whole day running after these irresponsible fellows.Then this Mogappair east service fellow calls up & asks whether he can visit my place after 9 pm & since I know this fellow never keeps time & also 9 pm is too late & hence I refused.Then he calls up again & says he will send some unknown person to my place.Then this unknown fellow calls up at 7:30 PM & says he will drop in after approx 1 hr.When I told him since I have work at 8:30 pm if he can come before that it is fine he refused saying that he cant make it & cut the line.So I started on my work but some unknown one drops by at 8: 15 pm & demands that my mother allow him to check the purit.My mother refused saying that since I was not there she cant allow him in.From then on nobody has bothered to call up & enquire what is my state without drinking water,


I’m shocked by your customer service & this is not the way you treat a customer. Do you think pureit customers like me are fools & you can sell your product & forget it without giving proper after sales service? Shame on you pureit & I demand a proper explanation, action & compensate me for so much of mental agony, harassment & health issues for me & my family.This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen & I’m not leaving it like that & also reserve my right to take action as I deem fit if there is no satisfactory reply & action from your side.Also be ready for my social media backlash.I warn you purit.Your actions are unjustifiable & unacceptable.
