Like many of you, I am also a victim of Pureit. Purchased it 6 months back and the tap broke in a month. Gave a dozen of calls on the customer care number but everytime had to hear the crap that a person will visit and fix the problem in next 48 hours. I cant pen my frustration. Finally on 19th Nov I took all the mail ids(mentioned below) from HLL / Unilever Website and mailed them about their pathetic after sales service. I addressed it to the CEOMr.Douglas Baillie in CC I sent it to all possible officials. To my utter surprise whereas a dozen calls did not do anything, this idea worked. Very morning at 9 on 20th itself, I received a call from Pureit (Customer Care Officer) vistited at 11 with another technician and changed the tap. He has also given his number and asked that if any of us have the proble can call on his number or mail him. Ya, If it does not work then I can suggest you to to copy the below mentioned mail ids and shoot a common mail describing your problem. **It worked for me and hope the same for you.
