Even after repeated reminders there has been no one to attend to our complaint. every time they proimse some one will attend, but not a single phone call comes. very pathetic service. no one in the call center has any clue on what is happening. they sit like dumb idiots with no solution. why cant they just provide us the delaer number and we can coordicate with them.
Really dumb service. it is a very frustrating expereince. I can never recommend this to anyone. it is not one off instances but every time you want to order for replacement you have to go through this ordeal. A big NO for anyone who is planning to buy it. even we for hold of the guy who did it last time only ot learn later that he has the quit the job of these folks. he himself started complaining about the way they bhandle customer compalints. there is absolutely no focus on reatining clients. why cant they first invest in getting their supprt system enhanced before wasting so much money on ads.
