We bought a pureit water purifier thinking that it was HUL so there would be some basic service quality. But we were incorrect. It took us a month to get it installed. Be prepared for innumerable calls, follow ups, escalations etc before unilever will send someone to install it. And now that we are shifting houses we have been calling and following up but there is no response. Wonder how such a big company can take these processes so lightly.
