I am writing this review so that people can come to know about the customer service quality for this product
PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD
Me and 2 of my friends had bought pureit after looking at its features, qualities and cost.We bought it in April 2007.Sales guys were very good They came on convinient timings , showed demo .One more friend also got intersted and then we bought 4 Pureit filters.We made payment 6400/- .Three of us got the bill but forth one never got it.even after calling many times sales guys and helpline.
After 8 months of usage , its tap got broken.Battery was also showing RED so I thought to call Customer Care.They assured of quick service.Took our new address and contact numbers.But 20 days no body came.
Then I called again.@ days after that one service engineer Called me and told that he will come at 5.00 to service it.I took shortleave from office went home but he didnt turn up. Then I called again he said 5:30 then I called up at 7pm He said he will come at 8 pm but no one turned up
I called customer care again and told the scenario.They again assured.
After 3 days again a service engineer called This time I asked the name Its was Mr Raghvendra. He told to service it at 5:30 and told me to be at home at that time.
But when I left office at 5 and called him He told Sir Ur house is far away It will take one hr and also ur home doesn’t come in our service territory.I am staying in Kodigehalli bangalore Now That doesnt come under their territory but sales guys are always standing near our house for selling new pure it filter.
I again called Cutomer service but no response till now.NOW I will use this filter at a normal container nothing more
