I’ve requested for new germ kill kit and the technician was so quick that he replaced the old kit within 2 minutes and left.
Problem starts here I’m aware that size of the carbon trap and polisher is bigger for 3000ltr compared to 1500ltr however when checked I realized that the smaller one was installed.
Immediately I called the toll free customer care but to my surprise even the CS representative had no clue if the size is different, but I could raise a complaint.
Immediately I gave a call to the technician asking my doubt as the size is smaller, he said size differs in different packages however if I want the bigger he can get that for me and got it installed this time I asked him to open the seal before me and it was the bigger one.I think my issue is fixed but I feel cheated.
HUL you don’t have any identification system to identify the part if it belongs to 1500ltr or 3000lts germkill kit which I believe is being misused and customer are being cheated.Let us know if u really manufacture different sizes for the same model,
