I purchased Pure it 2 year ago. It works fine just like company claims. Everything is fine but when it comes regarding the service or customer care. It’s really pathetic. The battery gets finished after 2000 Ltr, and Pure it stops working, so you need new battery.
Whenever you order the Battery. They wont deliver when you call again. They don’t remember that you have ordered. They will again take your request but again they won’t deliver the battery. Since without battery, Pure it wont work. So if battery has finished, your Pure it is finished.
Forget it. I would suggest. Don’t go for it.
