Even after registering for the replacement of the germ kill kit. They say they will replace it in 3 working days. Everyday I give a call, all they say is they will come after an hour and so far 3 days are over and no response has received.
Now on calling on that specific number provided by them they do not respond. The issue is because everyday they say they will be coming I am pending on them for water and to drink water at home I have spend more than the cost of the germ kill kit in 3 days. Please think before buying the service is really bad because making a commitment and not turning up is something which no one likes it. Either say it or don’t.
