I have given purple ironing a couple of times for ironing. Though I used to find the formal pants were not upto the mark, I used to manage as local ironing wasnt good.
I used to show the delivery boy immediately as soon as I used to receive.
I had given sarees for ironing. When I received I was shocked to see that the sarees had stain marks all over. I was heart broken as the sarees were all very expensive. One was nearing 20, 000 and the other was 6000. Both were ruined totally. I had draped it for just few hours.
Initially I had a problem with the call centre lady and I had to drive to sho them and finally they accepted wasting my one whole day and my mind.
He said that he needed just another day and he tool 15 days to call me back. This was Mr. Aman.
I came to know that the sarees were not able to ge corrected. He started his business tactics immediately.
He now is asking for the saree bills.
He says he cannot pay the value of the saree. He is much aware of the sarees. He has taken it to the shop he has bought. He knows the price. But now he is trying to explain the status of the company. My sarees were draped just fir a short time and these people accept their mistakeaand despite of having such a big business is now troubling me unnecessarily. I am planning to bring the news out, so that people understand and not loose they precious stuff. I may have to pull the media in or I may have to haandle myself. But I am not going to let go of my precious stuff.

They already had lost a saree of Aa lady and they repaid the amount. Now they are dodging with me.
Worst attitude worst service.
