My wife did shop some beauty products from Purplle app. The delivery time of the items were between 7-8 days but they took around 1 month to deliver. It was paid by her credit card already. During the time she called many times on their customer care number but she got NO response from them. She sent e-mail several times but they mail back only by saying that it will be delivered to you tomorrow. It was very poor delivery and customer service as well. After a month anyhow the parcel she got it was fully damaged. There was no cap on the cream. The lipstick shade was different as what she ordered. It was really a bad experience from the website. No worth at all. I dont recommend this to anyone.
