I am an avid e-commerce user and have been ordering stuff online for years together. There were some products that other online sites did not have, hence thought of ordering through Purplle.
Mine was a pre-paid order and was expecting delivery of 5 products. Here are the areas where they cheated me:
I got a mail after 7 days that there are 2 products which are unavailable.
After a total of 10 days, I got delivery of 3 products of which 2 products were different from what I had ordered.
The customer service nos. do not work.
On mailing, they do not respond.
Net net, I was cheated! It is disappointing to see that a consumer product site which is young and trying to make its mark failed so badly.
My suggestion to all users would be, please do not buy anything from Purplle!
