Ok Lets start from Day I ordered the item, Order was smooth, but after waiting for 1 week when I tried to call them on the mobile number provided on the site, no one took the call, I tried tried but no use. Then I written a mail, finally this channel worked and they said due to problem in logistic it delayed, and dispatched the item once again and finally I received the item on 9th day.
Item Delivered, and to my surprise the item I received was wrong, this was frustrating and very disappointing. Once again I written a mail to customer care they asked me to send them the picture which I received, I don’t know how does this matter, If I have to cheat them I can take the picture from any other shop for any item. But I gave up and decided not to deal with this Site again.
But this was not the end, Today I received a mail to provide me review for the items which I purchased, and to my surprise, when I clicked on their site link, I landed on some other user account, this is horrible, the primary focus of any e-commerce site has to be the security of the user personal data, bloody hell we are dealing with our hard earned monies. I can see all the details of this user. I am wondering my data might also be compromised with someone else. This is not a college project man, this is a Site where we provide out card details.
I would definitely ask the reader to keep away from this site.
