That’s the information I found on the internet when I was not responded to, by their customer care. After payment acknowledgement e-mail, no follow up, and no response from customer care. I directly spoke to the owner, Manish Taneja. He called me back and after hearing my issue, said that actually due to Gudi Padwa, and a fire breaking out in the near by premises, there was power outage and temporary stoppage in operations, hence the lack of response on phones or e-mails. Have messaged him my order #. He says he will follow up and let me know. Let us see, keeping my fingers crossed. Anna
